[Resolved] IDFC Bank — banking services | |||
I had by mistakenly transferred funds for my already closed account for which i spoke to customer care & it has been 2 months, i haven't got my money back inspite of several commitments over the email, customer service is pathetic & these ppl are completely non professional as they do not know the meaning of tat. Even after escalations everytime they have a standard email reply and the time of resolution is increased by 20 working days but no response can be expected. Was this information helpful? | |||
