IDFC FIRST BHARATH BANK LTD., has been often forwarding SMS that they have my personal details registered with Centry KYC as because I have a started a loan account based on my interest to purchase an EMI product through the FLIP KART E-commerce portal since they are the working partner of the foresaid bank.
Actually, It is the fact that I haven't applied for and registered any request of loan with IDFC FIRST BHARATH BANK LTD. It is the true that they have taken my personal details from the portal FLIPKART as I made an enquiry on EMI Purhcase and check my credit score. Hence, I didn't have either any intention, and of course, get any loan or by registering with the cited Bank.
This is my request you to please do the need in cancelling the Central KYC Registry details of my personal which has been recorded with the aforesaid bank. I discussed, in this connection, with the bank officials over the customer care (tollfreee no.[protected], twice, today and requested them to cancel the same. But they strictly advised me that they won't be able to the cancellation of the said Central KYC registration unless the FLIPKART port remote my account details. As though, I had already cancelled my account with FLIPKART and I couldn't be able to find any of my personal or loan details to this effect.
I have hereunder provided the SMS Content which has been forwarded to my mobile (bearing the number: [protected]), from the bank IDFC FIRST BHARATH BANK LTD., for your kind perusal and reference.
