[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — cheating by collection agency and idfc bank.

Hi,
I am anish madhukar tijore, who had taken two wheeler loan from capital first (Now idfc bank), loan account no[protected]. I had taken the loan on early term and my monthly emi was rs.6402/=. When my 4 emi's were pending, i opted for forecloser and inquired with the collection executive whether i can foreclose my loan by paying rs.20, 000/= one handedly. Avinsh, the executive then called up his agency and had a word with gauri, who confirmed that the loan can be foreclosed by paying rs.20, 000/=. Then avinash also confirmed and passed on the massage of forecloser receipt, which was sent by gauri to him, and then only i handed avinash rs.20, 000/= with the confirmation that within 21-30 days i will receive my noc. This all happened on 24th of september 2019.
Then after 15-20 days i started getting calls from idfc bank collection agency named, keynote management and consulting, kurla (E), kamgar nagar, and many other call centers of idfc bank (15-20 calls per day) regarding payment of my loan emi of one month + interest, which they said was pending. I, every time told them about forecloser of my loan and the receipt i got but no one listened to me and the calls did not stop further for nearly 20-25 days.
Then i called up the executive avinash and told him the whole story and requested him to look into the matter. He suggested me to go to idfc bank head office located at andheri and enquire there about my loan status. I went to head office and met nimit thakkar, collection manager, idfc bank, and narrated my problem to him. But i was surprised to hear, that loan can not be foreclosed by the collection agency, by him. Even nimit told me that the amount which i paid was adjusted towards my future emi's and rs.8, 172/= was still pending against my loan account. I tried to convince him by showing the receipt but he didn't agree and further told me to pay the remaining amount to get my loan account closed and to get noc.
Both the collection executives are ready to vouch for me as they both know that the loan has to be foreclosed as per the commitment of gauri, the collection agency person.
Me and my family has gone through a lot these days (Mental pressure, torture, harassment by telecallers, rejection of loan applications because of this, visits of collection executives at my place etc) and for this i deserve compensation of rs.10, 00, 000/= from idfc bank (As false commitment from their agency and its bank's moral responsibility) so that no other middle class people will suffer for their false commitment.
I am attaching the receipt of forecloser and call records of avinash, karande and me for your kind consideration.

Hi,
I have forgotten the registered mail id and I request you to mark [protected]@yahoo.com as as registered email I'd.
I had previously also lodge complaint regarding this from same mail id.
Even I met Mr. Nimit Thakkar, Manager-collection department and narrated my story but no help was granted.
