[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — Collection agent torture - especially with lady collection agent

Even after few mails to Nodal officers and Bank, I didnt not get any proper response over proper channel. Only COLLECTION Agent especially this Lady COLLECTION AGENT is talking very rudely. hence I didnt attend any calls as they are trying to tempt and expecting rude behaviour from me. THIS IS IDFC BANK plan, I came to Bank with cash to pay before 4 months, but the banker Vicky is insulted me and made to stop payment. Then Collection AGent group went to my home and damaged my borrowing capacity neighbouhoodd and now i sent mails to Nodal officers also. But they are not ready to provide any details in mail or proper channfel. I am asking COLLECTION AGENT's ID Card they didnt send, they why should i respond them.

Is this way to call me ?
I will raise this to RBI also.
