[Resolved] IDFC Bank — Current account | |||
I am really harrased and disappointed by the services provided by this bank. Its been 10days they are just unable to open my current account though i submitted each and every document they asked me for account operation. On 02/11/2016 the person name mr avinash kumar (Senior officer) & mr mandeep singh (Manager sector-18 noida) came to collect my documents and assured me that your account will get open in 4hours.. Max to max in a day, since that day i am just calling them everyday and everyday the same story "sir kal pakka hoojayega, sabh hoogaya hai" till today i am hearing the same line!, though i asked them that if account cant be open then please lemme know as i will switch to other, As i trust their words, i waited soo long and because of their childish behaviour i may get my deal void with my franchise company, This bank and employee is a major headache, never ever trust this bank!! Wasted 11days just for one current account So all can imagine!! Was this information helpful? | |||
