IDFC Bank — easy buy card

I had purchased 3 flipkart vouchers using my idfc first easy buy card [protected]. 1 voucher worth rs. 20000 was purchased on 12th july 2019 which was about to receive on 17th july & 1 voucher worth rs.10000 was purchased on 15th july 2019 which was about to receive on 18th july as per email received from flexmoney support team. However status of vouchers is still showing pending. Idfc customer care team saying that its under process. I nned to get the vouchers urgently. They are already crossed 3 days commitment & not providing any reason as why its on hold.

Very poor service from IDFC
No update from IDFC team even after consumer complaints team notifed them, very pathentic service from IDFC.
