[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — EMI deducted twice

Hi Sir,
My loan account number is 38015313 and the due date for my payment is 2nd of every month but I paid the EMI one day before using Paytm (Proof is attached) i.e. on 1st Feb.

and on 3rd Feb the EMI is deducted again of amount 1856 from my account through ECS.

Request your support for adjusting my payment in next month or returning back the amount of 1856
