IDFC Bank — Existence of fraud loan and enquiries from IDFC bank on my PAN

While checking up my cibil report, I saw that there is an existing business loan general from idfc first bank on my PAN issued on 25 Mar 21 vide acc no 41944722. I have neither got any kind of loan approved from idfc bank nor have I ever approached the banking institution for the same. The payment start & end date are reflected as Aug 2021 & it is still active, which makes no sense. I need clarification as to why some loan is being shown reflecting in my cibil report whereas I have never taken any such loan nor even approached the said bank with any enquiry about the same. The same may be rectified immediately.
