IDFC Bank — fake assurances regarding instacred vouchers

It's been more 4 days and still no word from instacred & i'm still waiting to receive the amazon vouchers. Kindly give me a proper reply as to i'm being kept in the dark. This is becoming really frustrating...
From 4 days the loan application is in process where as the website assures that within "three days" we receive the vouchers.
My faith in idfc has started declining.
It's my humble request to you please solve this matter asap.

Updated by Aawan Haris Heights of fooling customer with fake ### assurances everyday. Sitting like a fool for more than a week now for vouchers. Hats off IDFC !
