[Resolved] IDFC Bank — fastag blacklisted

I got my Fastag from IDFC Bank, it was registered by the Maruti Nexa Car Dealer, Akshardham, Delhi
I recharged my Fastag with Rs. 500 and current balance showing as Rs. 600. When I used it first time on Eastern Peripheral Expressway, it showed me as Blacklisted and it can not be used.

I tried to contact Customer Care but nobody respond.
Not Happy with the service of IDFC Bank.

I bought IDFC fastag via buyfastag.org for 1500 rupees before diwali. The tag arrived but has been blacklisted. I have provided the required documents and also waited for a customer service call for 35minutes. This certainly looks like a online SCAM.
