IDFC First Bank provided and activated fast tag without the proper KYC.
Complaint was raised and the bank is not closing the Fast Tag. Without the owner of the vehicle being able to provide details from the person who purchased the fast tag.
Complaints raised with IDFC for resolution
1. IDFC3i_SMS_412 - Raised on 08/02/2023. Multiple follow ups. No response since 17/02/2023 even after follow up.
2. [protected] - Escalated to PNO. Bank wants me to provide documents from person who purchased the Fast Tag, who is not the owner of the Vehicle.
3. [protected] - Bank closed complaint themselves, after asking for documents of person who purchased the Fast Tag, who is not the owner of the Vehicle.
Bank should not have provided fast tag against vehicle without the proper KYC and are not prepared to close the fast tag, even after i've provided all documents to prove ownership of vehicle.
I contact their customer service, who promise call back. And no one ever calls back as well.
Expected Outcome from Bank.
Blacklist the fast tag, until the person can provide the correct KYC document or Close the fast tag
