I have sufficient balance in the fast tag account. I have got the below message from the bank saying my fastag account has been black listed.

Tag 3XXX3160 for vehicle no. WDC2539036L018431 has been blacklisted/blocked. Call Helpline No: [protected]

Trying the helpline but no response even after holding for 30 minutes.
