IDFC Bank — Flipkart Paylater I don't have any pending amount

In Flipkart paylater i do not have any overdue or pending amount. I promptly paid my payments before due date. But in IDFC bank side from May 2022, it is still showing the outstanding overdue amount of rupees 7, 227.16. I got the confirmation email from Flipkart that I dont have any pending amount. I even forwarded it to [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com. Service request ids are [protected], [protected]. The flipkart linked IDFC loan account no: 28628202.

My flipkart account is linked to my phone number [protected]. Please take necessary action and provide me the NOC. Because of this my CIBIL score is affecting. Please help me ASAP.
