IDFC Bank — flipkart vouchers not delivered

Its been more than a week, dat ive purchased the vouchers worth 24000 on easy emi card.

My loan application nm-[protected].

Plz look into this issue and send me the vouchers & pin Asap.

Its very inconvinient & my product is also running out of stock.

Ive also snt few mails & contacted customer representative also but could nt find any progress.
Hoping issue would be resolved...
