[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — fraud deductions. account debited after loan settlements

Address:C-27 manas city Indira Nagar lucknow, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 226016

Today on 5th of december 2019 i got a message regarding ₹2880 deducted from my primary bank account and idfc first loan / capital first has debuted the same from my account. I don’t have any active loan with this bank neither i applied for a new one. All my previous loan has been successfully paid off. I have tried reaching out to the customer care even tried to registered complain from their portal but nothing is working out. I don’t know why the government is sleeping like this that they don’t even know what’s going around.
Kindly help me out with the situation

Sir i have opened new fastag they gave me a login id password and i have entered in ur website 3 to 4 times and the account is blocked is appeared in front of page.kindly pls un block my fastag account
