I have made a trasaction online to google ads and the transaction was declined on 27th feb 2021. I have complained to bank and they have given me complaint number and informed within 14 days it will come back to your account. After so many days idfc bank not responded and i have made a call to one of their senior manager and he has given email id of the concerned. One of them called and asked details and told me that they will inform soon.
Soon after i received a mail which say it will take again 30 days to solve this issue.
A new generation nationalised bank is doing like this and i have experienced a lot draw backs from idfc regarding accounts.
They don't have proper system and no customer support at all. Idfc bank has no professionalism also.
