IDFC Bank — Harassment by IDFC agent + Collection Agent

I'm writing this email to inform you about IDFC Employee and Collection Agent who tortured and harassed for pending amount on my credit card.

I have taken credit card from idfc bank 6 months ago. Due to some financial issues, I have not made payment of minimum amount from past two months.

I had a continuous calls from Agency about non payment of dues. I have explained my situation and I said I need some time to clear my dues. In the month of March, person in the photo not wearing idfc card but representing as he is bank employee called me for payment.

I requested him to provide me EMI option on monthly basis so that I can pay easily every month for long duration. He criticized me not to pay any amount. After some time, he again called me and said that Im having your family numbers and indirectly threating that he will remove my fame infront of your family members by calling them.

Later yesterday he visited my home. I formally requested to come to my home. I have explained all my financial situation and again requested for emi option. I said I don't have enough funds to clear my dues, best I can suggest is convert into emi and I can start paying. They said they goona stay at my home until payment is made. I said it's your wish.

Again, he called my uncle and informed him about payment. He tried to keep me bad infront of my relatives and family members.
Even my uncle told to him time but not listened. He tried to keep calling my uncle and irritated him. Please note, my uncle is no where responsible on my pay but still he interrupted.

Later this became big mess and called police regarding the situation. Then they left.

Names seems big bank and great trust but worst level and not having any sense in dealing with clients. I will definitely keep public and all other social platforms along with photos about the situation happened to me.

They have completely removed my name and fame infront of every one and I call for defemation case for calling my realtives, familiy members as I no where given authority to call them since I gave my brother number as secondary.

I urge to take action on them and they should call me ask for sorry. Else I can take it to next level in all social media looping consumer complaints authorities and HR commission to further extent.
