[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — harassment by reminder on payment of loan a/c 21574670

We have received payment reminder letter for above subject. Were we would like to bring to your notice. While taking loan we have initiated with direct ecs process with 2 loan a/c.in which one a/c payment regularly deducted and clear in smooth way. But on a/c no : 21574670 they are not finding the problem and each call has coming with different person with same dialog without understanding and helping the situation. Henceforth i also request them to send some person (Couldn't travel due to infant baby) and m ready to close my account with all due (Without due charges were it is not my fault) still they were not understanding the same. Now it seems idfc first bank is enjoying by harassing customer without their fault.

Please look into this matter and let me know the correct value of amount to close my account.
