The official named shradha from legal department harrassed and used offensive tone while talking on call.idfc did not debited my emi inspite of maintaining sufficient bal Jin my account, the service was delayed by them, and this people start harrassing me on non payment, the link which they shared was not working for payment, don't know how to deal with this mental harrasment.
