IDFC Bank — IDFC Bank IDFC First Bank Cancellation of HDFC Insurance and ICICI Lombard Insurance applied on IDFC First Bank personal loan

I recently took one personal loan from IDFC First Bank in loan account no. : 76112185. To this loan account, they added a HDFC insurance and ICICI Lombard insurance plans, but the policy numbers are not allotted yet. I received few SMS i can able to cancel these plans within 15 days of start date I contacted IDFC and Insurance Customer care numbers to cancel these two plans but I'm not getting any proper response. Please help me to cancel these two insurance plans from my loan account.
