This is in relation with the investment done in IDFC – Infrabond,
Folio – IDE 0001645.
I have sent all the relevant papers to redeem the money. Also the relevant papers were sent thru’ post (EC[protected]IN) and were verified and confirmed to be correct from the user dept (mail dtd- 21.02.2017). But since last 2 months they are not settling my payments.
Each time I am making a call in the customer care and getting un-necessary questioned about the bond, the documents and the mails (App No:[protected]. Then they are giving 15 days time to settle the matter, but not getting so for the last 3 times.
