IDFC Bank — idfc fastag recharge issue

I have raised complaint regarding a recharge failure. I tried to recharge my fastag for 945 and the transaction got struck in payment gatway. Money got deducted from my icici bank but recharge not happened to idfc fastag. I have raised complaints idfc_pb_1530 and idfc_as_1342. This happened a month ago. Hi, My fasttag for Vehicle HR55N7737 has been blacklisted for last 3 days i have raised a complaint 3 times regarding this issue in customer care no [protected] but still my issue is not resolved. please check ASAP my register contact number is [protected].Thanks
