Problem 1 :
There was a wrong deduction of toll charge on my fasttag of rs 550 instead of rs 85 on 3rd of september. This was immediately reported to idfc, i have wrote email to their customer care head, regional nodal officer too.
Till date i receive only email stating "we are looking into this issue, give us sometime". There is no resolution provided.
Problem 2 :
I did try to recharge my idfc fasttag account on sep 15 2017 for rs 800. An amount of 800+service charge for upi was debited from my bank account but the transaction failed. My idfc account is not loaded with the amount. I have reached out to the idfc customer care immediately and since then i'm following up with them and till date there is no solution provided. I have wrote email to their customer care head, regional nodal officer too.
I just get email stating "we are looking into this issue, give us sometime".
Problem 3 :
There is also a 7.5% cashback for transactions done with fastag which is also not credited since i joined idfc fastag in august. I have reported this issue as well to their, customer care center, customer care head, regional nodal officer too.

For all the listed above problems i'm following up every week, since my purchase of the tag i didn't have any pleasant experience with them. Which started with a problematic login credentials. Was this information helpful? |
I self Gatikrushna Singh from New delhi. I am opened a online zero saving account before one month but now complete my KYC and debit card despatch .customer care did not give sufficient answer says wait.
Please enquiry it properly and suggest me.
