The unknown lady staff of IDFC bank called me and asked me why your mother is not answering the call then i told that lady how do i know ma'am iam in my office right now and my mother is not able to answer the call because of maybe she were busy in somewhere.
Then she suddenly started shouting on me and started scolding me with bad words and she was like “agar aukat nahi hai EMI bharne ki toh loan kyun lete ho” and i was shocked with that attitude of her like seriously? That's how you treat your customers?
I have call record with that lady so please i wnat to get resolved my complaint asap.
