[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — instacred emi

I have purchased clothes on myntra.com in june 2019 thru insta cred emi of idfc first bank of rs.4182/- for 09 months emi period.in that i return the items of rs.3522/- to myntra.com and they refunded to insta cred emi account and i have received the mail on july 20.2019 from [protected]@flexmoney.in the amount of rs.3522/- has refunded and transfered to the idfc first bank account for further process and i call to idfc first bank customer care number of times and several mails i forward to cancel my loan account they simply said the online voucher is not cancel and they did not received any mail from insta cred emi people for refunded amount. I want to filed a case against this insta cred emi and idfc first bank ltd fro playing games with me for this loan account.
