[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — instacred flipkart and amazon voucher pending

I am really facing a bad experiance with instacred idfc. More than 4 days i had bought voucher of 25000 from amazon and 30000 from flipkart. But still now vouchers are pending. But in idfc first a/c loan no. has been generated dates are given for emi deduction. While i was buying vouchers it was said that voucher will be given within 3 business days. I am really facing a bad experiance with instacred. My registered ph no - [protected]

I purchased a voucher for flipkart from instacred my amount got deducted from my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet.I have attached the screenshot for your reference
