I'm experiencing a pathetic service from instacred, i purchased a voucher for flipkart from instacred. my loan emi date also received the details but still am not received the voucher code. my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

Very worst service not at all satisfied, no proper customer support, no contact point. I'll never purchase anything from instacred again.

I have purchased Amazon instacred voucher of Rs. 20000/- but they are showing voucher status pending so far even it has been already 4 days. It's a very pathetic service which they are providing us. they don't have any customer support where I can express my grievance. I am attaching pics as proof.even they have sent a message for EMI deduction.
