IDFC Bank — Inward remittance needs to return

I opened a current account in idfc first bank and there were some remittance which needs to be transfer in my current account but bank Did not approve it and nor given the AD CODE I contacted them but they are not responding the if they ate not giving mW the Ad code and transferring the amount then the amount needs to be return in my clients account but they Re not responding
