IDFC Bank — Loan Cheating

IDFC bank Koramangala Bangalore offered be a personal loan for closing my existing 2 Finance loans. Post providing the DD both the Finance rejected the DD since the amount calculated is wrong. Now i ended up in paying 3 EMI at high range of interest.

when i checked with Mr.Swamy Incharge of personal loan Koramangala office, he misbehaved with me and told its my fault that i didn't check the amount. I have shared them finance pre payment schedule, interest rate and all relevant documents for loan. And they are not agreeing for the mistake happened from their end and making big mess.
