[Resolved] IDFC Bank — LOan payment issue

Dear Sir/Maam,

With respect to the trailing mail i have made a payment of 41983 INR in favour of closing my personal loan on 09.10.2020 through NEFT.
Till date I haven't received mail confirmation/SMS about the amount credited to the given account.
As per customer care assistant, the transaction has not reflected in the account statement till date.

Who is responsible for the said issue? Why this delay in process?.

I am looking for a home loan so I need NOC from my existing loan account. Kindly help in this regard.
