I would like to inform that I wanted to contact IDFC on twitter handle page to close my existing loan.But I have not got any reply from there till today I have been trying since last 5th October.
I message them so many times, they don't even call me with such a big reminder.I have noticed that many people are abusing and replying to IDFC even though it is seen by so many people that I can see the view and they are definitely among them and they are not responding at all.
This is why I wrote on Twitter because I couldn't get in touch on the phone in any way. There may be many reasons for this.When can I finally connect to the phone? I am informed with IDFC Bank that if you want to do this I am emailing you I have sent a letter to close this loan account of mine.
I pay the correct amount online and even the campaign ID that I send with them can be checked as needed.I have given all the proper proofs there when and how I made the payment.I would like to accept this payment and generate an NOC letter properly along with closing all the dues I have and closing my account safely and informing me immediately.
I would like to take a step that you opened these verified accounts on social media and then we messaged like crazy so you can check it and reply me if necessary like I usually do.You can check your email if necessary.You can check the main direct message on Twitter.Either way you have not responded in any way I don't know why you have to open everything up on social media around here if you can't even give a minimum reply to the public.
I highly condemn IDFC bank when we don't have loan then you beg with hand and sweet talk and when we come to repay loan or get into various problems, Now you are not helping people in any way.
You must give me the NOC and you will reply to it. Even there I want a reply and reply to me and tell me why you could not give the replies and even here let me know that your problem is there.
Give the reply here also and let the team know why you are doing this, why you did not reply, I want more explanation.
Why do we have to come to consumer helpline ? Are you sleeping with mustard oil in your nose?
I have never seen such a third class bank in my life.I will try not to associate with any IDFC bank I know.
Please revert asap.
