[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — no support for fastag purchased

I have purchased fastag from idfcbank, due to personal reasons i have not log in to my online account to recharge my fastag
From last 15 days i am keep trying on customer care number to unlock my acccount but call not connecting and no other ways of communication i can make it

One side govt of india says we need to have fastags, other sides these banks are not providing the services properly, as a customer we need to suffer
