IDFC Bank — Non payment of refundable amount of my deceased father bond

It is been more than 15 months since we have mailed all the asked documents from idfc with original bond at their address . after that they sent conformation mail for the arrival of the documents since then they are not replying to our mails. policy holder name - late Vipin Manocha folio no -IDA0433031
