IDFC Bank — not login on internet banking or mobile banking and not found any prior notice of server maintenance activity

I'm using a salary account in idfc bank ltd., and my query is that today around 11:33pm dated 09/12/2017 i'm not be able to to login my internet banking account for doing an emergency imps to my couleg and i have not received any prior notice from bank of his server maintenance activity. Its gives me wrose. Today, please help me to could we have file any complaint for it or bank will pay for my suffer.
