My NRE account was freezed god knows when citing the reason nobody collected the cheque book and debit card kit. There was no communication regarding freezing of my account whatsoever.
I have raised the request to unfreeze on 30th may to the relationship manager, when it was time to sell insurance policy they contacted relentlessly, but for this i haven't received any help, they've only ignored my communication.
Even customer care is not helpful inspite of giving all the details and doing all that's required, they haven't redispatched the kit until i followed up.
I have even raised grievance on idfc forum but to no avail.
I have provided them my UK number and they just come up with the reason that they're unable to reach, which is wrong because they did reach me twice on the UK number for verification and i have called customer care with my UK number and have asked them to reach on that number.
I had to borrow money to avoid penalties on ECS bounce on my SIP's and EMI's.
