IDFC Bank — Paid loan amount but not getting noc form 35 and rc book

MYSELF SUJEET TIWARI
LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER 14107639
paid all the emis on time and now no overdue but unfortunately bank not providing me NOC FORM 35 AND RC BOOK IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 1 YEAR NOW.
pls help me in this
