IDFC Bank — Part Payment not processed correctly

My home loan account no is 17986469.
I have made a part payment on 11/11 2021 of 400000₹ and the money was adjusted to my principal on 2 Dec 2021 due to which I'll be paying more interest. Contacted the customer care. No use
