IDFC Bank — Personal loan error in cibil

Hello, I have opened a bank account with IDFC bank in the last 1 year and it shows that I have 60, 000 limit worth personal loan which I have never taken and the due shows 0 anyway but, recently I have noticed that it shows "no suit filed". Can you explain or solve this?
