IDFC Bank — personal loan- wrong promise

I applied for personal loan in idfc bank, submitted all the required documents. Loan team informed me by last friday 13-oct-2017 it would be credited but later came to know they have done some mistake in the interest % and it got delayed. Again they promised the changes has been done and would be credited by this saturday 21-oct-2017. Now they inform it would take another two days which is not acceptable.

PNR [protected] ticket cancelled, Amt 1625 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this tkt was booked.
But there I am waiting for that from 4_5 days.and as I know that it's too much time taking by your side.. plese solve this soon other wise it will be make me violence... Please
