[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — please assist

Hello team,

I have swiped my debit card [salary account] in medical store worth rs.155 twice and deducted from my account but it was not received with error. I have launched complaint [dear customer, we acknowledge your request. Please use service request number 2896690 for further communication with the bank to track progress.]
My colleagues received refund, i did not receive yet. I want refund immediately.

i am not having any loan in ur side and i am not having any account in ur bank please remove my number otherwise. I complaint to rbi.
