[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — Recovery Team Calling Wrong Person-Every day 30 calls

Hi I am Getting calls from Recovery Team of IDFC every day minimum 30 calls.

I just spoke this person with the name of Mudiraj Chandrakanth([protected]) who has taken a Loan in 2018 at Panjagutta Branch Hyderabad. in 2018, I was his manager at that time, but I do not know why he gave my number and I was not informed by Him nor bank verified my number ending with XXXX459898.

However after speaking to Recovery Team of IDFC and explaining them I do not know this Chandrakanth now and have no connection with him for availing Loan at IDFC Panjagutta bank.

However, Now I keep on getting calls around 30 calls every 15 minutes gap, this is very irritating and my privacy is being misused by bank.

I spoke to Lekha who works in Recovery department hyderabad and pleaded her to remove my number, as she could not delete my number from recovery list, this can be done only by bank and she suggested to call this number [protected] but this number is getting busy tone always.

The Bank vision speaks of Integrity and with the recovery process show apathy towards me.

Lesson one: please verify the phone numbers provided by your customers, other wise a unknown person like me is harassed day in out for laon taken by unknown persons where the loan taker nor bank has verified with me before saving my number for recovery. On top of it the after speaking to 10 different people i still get call every day from 8:30 to 17:30 non stop with interval of 15-30 minutes gap from different number.

My Humble request to Panjagutta Bank of IDFC FIRST Bank to remove my number XXXX459898 from recovery list as this is causing lot of emotional torture to me and my family for loans which are not related to me.
