I have sent above certificate duly discharged alongwith requisites details and documents. But after passing of 6 moths, i have not received payments. It is considerable time now and no intimation from either you or idfc will have a great impact on image.
Kindly do needful and arrange for payment.

it is very vogue and evasive reply. if you have made payment and issue resolved than you should give dates and proof how and when you have resolved the issue. it is a very sorry state of affairs on part of a reputed bank like you. Hope will you get back soon
