IDFC Bank — Rent agreement is not considered a address proof for correspondence address

I have my account in IDFC bank and i want to update my correspondence address due to change my correspondence address. Now i have a rent agreement as a address proof for correspondence address but branch manager told me that rent agreement is not considered as a address proof i haven't any government address proof of my rented house i have my government address proof of my permanent address now i don't know what should i do for my correspondence address change in my IDFC bank..
