IDFC Bank — Repeated marketing calls and sms for credit card and loans

IDFC First bank calls at odd timings to market their credit card on my phone number which they acquired from some third party without my consent. I would like to file a complain of harassment by the company and would request the authority to take action so that I don't receive any calls/sms from IDFC First bank. Eg of the sms I received
"Enjoy up to 75% off on movies with IDFC First Credit Card. Get yourself one NOW - https://qz5.in/h7V771 TCA"

One of the numbers I got a call from is this number : +[protected]
