[Resolved] IDFC Bank — Scam Calls and Identity theft

Hi I am getting calls from number 809743 series around 20 times a day, saying I have taken a loan from IDFC and need to pay EMI, where as I am hearing the Bank name for the first time and do not have any account in the bank.

Truecaller identifies as Fraud/IDFC bank, This kind of practice is unethical as you are doing identity theft towards me.

Please stope this non sense.

I have blocked more 50 plus number starting with 809743 series, I think bank in allegedly using third party towards identity theft.

Updated by Anthro Hi Alisha, I spoke to you this Morning and you have assured me that I wont be getting any calls, But i Have received 10 calls after your call with me.

Collection department says, it doesn matter who alisha, thay will call me till Chandrakanth pays the EMI, Infact I have asked Collection person to hold the line got them to connect to chandrakanth through conference call.

This torture is at peaks and why do you say you will resolve the matter when you have no authority over collection department.

My days starts with calls from IDFC harassing loans and ends with your bank calls.

Completely no coordination and information is passed with n your organization.
