IDFC Bank — scam emi

Took a two wheeler loan from capital first. Emi amount was there for the month from 1 feb in my bank. It was due on 2 feb. Its debited late from account. Bank official asked me to pay last month n this month bounce charge plus this month emi. Last month has been paid on time. Total he asked 800 bounce charge. It has been deducted today 5 feb finally. But i received a call from capital first employee m. [protected] to pay that moment via sms link in acc no [protected] ifsc code hdfc 0000240. It was bank who was asking me to pay again emi when its already auto debited from my account today. Or it was some fraud. Tried calling there cs but didn't got satisfactory reply.
