IDFC Bank — Shown active loan on Cibil Report for Flipkart pay later which I want to close

Hi,

I have not taken any loan and still the payment shows active with Account Number[protected]. I want it to get closed as soon as possible as it is effecting my cibil report. I do not want any flipkart pay later option and all.
