[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — temporary block my card without reason

Re: blocking of idfc easy buy card without any valid reason

My name is shubham mehra. I have the idfc easy buy card (Card number: c[protected]), which was active 3 days ago, but it was not visible on some merchandise, therefore i contacted the customer care service, who told me that it is a temporary issue and also executive said dont worry we sort out soon bcz your card is active and may be some technical problem and my card is completely active.
When after few days i thought about online shopping and when conducting transaction i took out my card it displayed that my card has been blocked by the bank. I contacted customer care regarding the same and instead of helping me out in this situation of pandemic, they are just giving me stupid explanations, that it will again be active after 90 days.
Moreover they are unable to provide me any valid reason.

I request you to kindly look into the matter, and address this on urgent basis.
