Your representatives are using illegal and abusive language for recovery of EMI. This is causing harrasement and un necessary nuisance. Whereby we as a esteemed client of yours are making payments by ourselves everymonth though it's getting delayed by few days for last few months because of financial disruption. This time too we are committed to pay it before the month end and even told your representative that it would be paid by 25th. April.
The no. From which we are recieving call is[protected] and the guy is making what's app call and threatening us on this. He has told to harrase via social media.
We are registering a complaint on it to the police also with a the copy of this mail.
I being the complainant seek your immediate action on this.
