[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — Torture from IDFC recovery agents related to Amazon pay later.

I paid 7753/- utilized amount on 2May2022. But I am receiving multiple calls from different numbers and from different agents saying that utilised amount is not paid. Everyday am receiving min 10 calls and asking me to pay. Because of these calls am unable to concentrate on office work and these guys making me irritated and very much disturbing.Attached are the screenshots of payment as proof. Am unable to bare this torture and disgusting. Can you please help.

It is not resolved, still I am getting calls, and never stopped past almost a month.
IDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

How to take legal action or you are going to help here. After raising complaint in consumer forum, complaint is closed without resolution. This is bad.
